I'm still here! And I still make cakes. . . .I swear!!
The lease was up on our apartment, so we moved into a house while we waited to buy a house. Since we thought we would be here for 30 days, we left everything in boxes in our garage. It seemed like a lot of trouble to unpack everything just to pack it back up in 30 days.
It seemed like a lot of trouble. . . .But over five months later, we are still renting and the trouble has really been that all of our stuff is STILL in the boxes. Including all of my cake supplies.
So yes, I am still making cakes. It's just been on hiatus while we wait to move into our new home. . . .which we've been told should happen "any day now" since before the new year.
